The weekend started off with a great bang. The kids school had a Multicultural fundraising dinner on Thursday night. It was so much fun. We brought a yummy Filipino noodle dish and baked these yummy chocolate cupcakes for the cake walk. The best part was the kids had a ProD day on Friday so no school.
Friday night we had a going away family BBQ at my sisters house. My Mum was leaving for Thomaston, Georgia the next morning. That's a whole other post!
Saturday was a bit of a bust as Brayden's asthma and allergies were terrible so he ended up having to miss a birthday party and stayed in his PJ's the whole day. At least he got to try out our new tent with Danielle. Can't wait for our first camping trip in July!
Sunday we headed to a local Carnival. Lot's of rides, games and yummy food. Danielle thoroughly enjoyed this swing ride.
Notice how Danielle is holding her dress at the sides? We wont talk about what happened the first time she went down the bouncy slide! Brayden was feeling a bit better so he came too. That's him climbing up the slide.
What's a carnival without a little face painting? Hope you all had a great weekend.
